There is a story behind every individual, every organization and business. There is also a story behind Nordman On Purpose that is intertwined to the personal story of me, Veera, the creator, founder, trainer and coach of Nordman On Purpose. 

The deep need to ask and understand the why’s of life has followed me through the years (like never settling for an easy answer and wanting to get to the root of things and people. Super desired quality as a teenager…) and led to studies and degrees in theology, psychology, education and therapy. 

After years of working in these fields as a teacher and a therapist, all the while circling around existential questions of meaning and purpose, I developed a deep understanding of the root I always wanted to; the root of human thriving and wellbeing, motives and needs, learning and growth, value systems and world views. On my path to my personal purpose, I started coaching individuals to theirs as a part of my work as a therapist. 

Nordman On Purpose was born out of passion and commitment to bring people back to their purpose. This expanded to a passion to seek ways to bring organizations and businesses to their purpose as well. 

So, we are here to ask the why’s of your life, organization and business with you. We’re a big fan of authenticity - being transparent on who we are, living true to ourselves and calling forth the authenticity in others. That is where the path to purpose can start. We are also committed to respect and service as values guiding the way we work with you. We see you as the ultimate expert of your life, choices and purpose. We can only help, serve and equip you with the knowledge and understanding we got. But the process you’re in, the questions, needs and views you have is more of an interest than what we know.  

The world needs people who live their lives, do their work or their business with a purpose. Everyone who finds their purpose, finds their unique place in making a change for a better tomorrow. So this is about us all, finding something better and deeper together.
